As we accelerate our growth into 2026, we are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our field operations. The Mission & Scope:

• Field Troubleshooting & Repair: Service, diagnose, and maintain a wide variety of commercial mechanical systems with high autonomy and minimal supervision.
• Core Systems Diagnostics: Apply foundational refrigeration cycles, heat transfer laws, and fluid hydronics to resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues without guessing or swapping parts.
• Commercial Equipment Mastery: Work across commercial/light industrial gear, including RTUs, split systems, cooling towers, heat exchangers, and VAV systems.
• Modern Field Tech: Manage your jobs through our internal field management system (BuildOps). Track asset history, complete service documentation accurately, and keep clients and dispatch updated in real time.
• Safety & Field Precision: Operate aerial lifts, recovery equipment, overhead cranes, and testing instruments safely. Enforce jobsite safety, strict Lock-Out/Tag-Out protocols, and code compliance on every call.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Technical Licenses: Active EPA Universal certification (Required). HVAC Trade School certifications or active TDLR licenses are highly preferred.
• System Competency: Proven ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and piping diagrams. Strong electrical and piping troubleshooting expertise.
• A Professional Standard: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, strong customer service skills, and a reliable, self-supporting work ethic.
